Mr. Fu holds an (Honours Degree) in Business Management from the University of Bradford (UK). Since founding the Group in 2011, Mr. Fu has helmed the Group as Managing Director. As the organisation’s key decision-maker, he sets the Group’s strategic directions and determines its financial and investments decision. He has many years’ experience in real estate business. Mr. Fu is also responsible for our corporate planning and policy and strategy formulation.

Mr. Ho was appointed as the Director of the Company in 2015. He holds an (Honours Degree) in Engineering Science from the University of Warwick, (UK) and a Master of Science from The University of Wales, (UK). Mr. Ho has more than 30 years of experience in the Hotel & Real Estate industries. Mr. Ho developed South East Asia Hotel located at Waterloo Street and owns Ho Tat Song Building located at Jalan Besar.
